Vedsaa Return & Replacement Policy
At Vedsaa, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchase. We offer product replacements only in the following cases:
- Wrong Product: If you receive a product different from what you ordered.
- Damaged Product: If the product is received in a completely damaged condition.
Conditions for Return
- The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- Returns are accepted only within 7-10 days of delivery.
- Any missing items, wrong products, or excess charges must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Important Note:
- Individual products from combo kits cannot be returned or canceled.
- Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from the official Vedsaa website: https://vedsaa.com/. Products purchased from third-party websites or physical stores are not eligible for return.
Return Process
- To initiate a return, please fill out the Returns Form available in the 'My Account' section on our website.
- Alternatively, you can contact our customer support team at support@vedsaa.com.
- Please allow 1-2 weeks for the return to be processed. Our customer service team will review your return and inform you via call or email once the process is complete.
- Once return product is received , after verification ,replacement product shipping will be processed within 2 days which will get delivered within 7-10 business days.
Terms and Conditions
- All returned items must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
- Each product can only be replaced once.
- Shipping costs and COD convenience fees are non-refundable.
- Opened or used products will not be replaced. For extreme cases, please contact our customer service team.
- If your return complies with our policy, you can replace the product for one of the same or lesser value. The difference will not be refunded. If the replacement exceeds the original product's value, you will be required to pay the difference.
- Product color may appear slightly different due to screen settings, so please note any minor variations.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be credited within 7-10 working days, depending on your bank or payment method.
Returns Will Not Be Accepted Under the Following Conditions:
- The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.
- The product is returned without original packaging, including price tags, labels, freebies, or accessories.
- The serial number has been tampered with.
- The product is defective and not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
- The product is used or altered.
- Return request is made after 7-10 business days from delivery.
- Free products or promotional gifts provided with the order.
- A single product from a combo or kit.
Refund Methods
- Refunds for prepaid orders (via Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking) will be credited to the original payment account.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a refund cheque will be issued or processed via NEFT, UPI transfer, or bank deposit in the billing name used when placing the order. Please note that COD charges and shipping fees are non-refundable.
