Welcome to Vedsaa. By accessing or using our website (https://vedsaa.com/), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

1. General Terms

• All prices listed on the Vedsaa website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• The products and services offered on Vedsaa are intended for personal use only. Reselling our products without permission is prohibited.
• Vedsaa reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at its discretion.

2. Return & Replacement Policy

• Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
• If the wrong product is delivered.
• If the product is completely damaged.
• The product must be returned within 15 days of delivery, and it should be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
• Combo kits or individual products from combo kits cannot be returned or canceled.
• Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly from the Vedsaa website (https://vedsaa.com/). Purchases from third-party websites or stores are not eligible for returns.
• To initiate a return, fill out the Returns Form in the 'My Account' section or contact us at support@vedsaa.com.
• Each product can only be replaced once.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be credited within 7-10 working days for prepaid orders and within 15 days for approved returns.
• Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited back to the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be credited via NEFT, UPI transfer, or cheque. COD fees and shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Refunds for e-wallet payments will be credited within 24 hours.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

• Products are shipped within 7-10 business days, depending on your location.
• Orders below ₹599 are subject to a ₹49 shipping fee. An additional ₹50 COD fee applies for COD orders.
• Orders can be tracked via the tracking number provided through email or SMS after dispatch.

5. Order Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be canceled within 4 hours of placement by contacting us at support@vedsaa.com.
• Cancellation is not allowed once the order is shipped.
• In cases of cancellation by Vedsaa due to stock issues or incorrect details, a full refund will be credited within 7 business days.

6. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. By using our website, you consent to the practices outlined in our Privacy Policy.

7. Product Use & Limitations

• Vedsaa products are for personal use only.
• Maximum purchase limits may apply for certain products. If limits are exceeded, future purchases for the same product may be restricted for up to two weeks.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• Vedsaa is not responsible for:
• Minor color differences due to screen settings.
• Products damaged due to misuse or overuse by the customer.
• In no event shall Vedsaa be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of its products or services.
